Cancellation Policy: Withdrawals received prior to August 19, 2026 by 11:59pm EDT will be processed and receive a full refund. Withdrawals received between August 20, 2026 at 12am EDT and September 2, 2026 by 11:59pm EDT will be processed but will only receive a full refund if a replacement team is secured.
